GATLINBURG, TN

January 30 - February 2, 2026

Cost includes transportation and food while in Gatlinburg. Bring money for meals while traveling on Friday and Monday.

COST:

$190 Early Bird (Sep. 29 - Oct. 31)
$220 Regular Bird (Nov. 1 - Nov. 30)
$250 Late Bird (Dec. 1 - Jan. 30)

Please Note: The house we are staying in says it has a capacity of 34. However, that is under the assumption that people share beds. If you sign up, it is almost a guarantee that you share a bed with another. There are only a couple spots for an air mattress or a cot. If you would like to take an air mattress or a cot, shoot me a text or email letting me know. First come, first served!
