Demonstrate love and provide, at no charge, non-medical services that build relationships, enhance environments, and preserve the independence of frail seniors Clients are seniors, age 70 and greater, who are living independently and diagnosed with a chronic illness or disability. Services include grocery shopping, visiting, light house keeping, correspondence, minor home repairs, limited transportation, wheelchair ramp construction, etc. Contact: hartfelt.org or (904) 861-2799.
